Marc de Beer:每天都是崭新的一天
在他任职期间,酒店赢得了无数奖项,如2007年Deepa酒店奖(Deepa Hotel Awards)中获得年度最佳新开业酒店奖。他承认王府井希尔顿酒店是幸运的,不像别的酒店有更多的客源问题,由于黄金地理位置,酒店能在商务高峰期卖出高价钱,在旅游季节又适当调整价格给予旅客一个选择,“希尔顿酒店的目标很明确,我们给予所有客人全方位的服务,所以回头客很多。”面临着新的挑战,Marc说:“我不担心,因为当下之急不是开拓更大的市场,而是培训内部人员,许多成员的教育水平还有一个缝隙需要我们去填补的。”仅仅来到北京9个月,他加入了马术俱乐部、饮食俱乐部,还发展了喜剧表演为自己的爱好。Marc没有时间去担心什么,他正大步向未来走去。

With an international career spanning 20 years, de Beer has extensive hotel management experience in Europe, the United States, United Kingdom and the Middle East. Prior to taking on his new role at Hilton Beijing Wangfujing, he held the position of General Manager at the Conrad Brussels.Commenting on the appointment, Timothy Soper, Vice President of Operations, Greater China & Mongolia, Hilton Worldwide, said, “Since its opening in 2008, the Hilton Beijing Wangfujing has continually looked to deliver the renowned Hilton hospitality and superior service to its' guests.
